Partner Sales Account Manager - IT Services (Onsite or Remote) Needed ASAP for high growth IT services firm!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Partner Account Manager to manage and grow our relationships with leading IT systems integration companies. This role combines partnership management and outbound sales, focusing on delivering exceptional project services and driving revenue growth. High commissions and a competitive stipend are available. Candidates with an existing book of business and strong industry relationships are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with key IT systems integration partners, serving as their primary point of contact
Identify and recruit new partners, leveraging industry knowledge and existing relationships to expand our partner ecosystem
Develop and execute joint business plans, sales strategies, and pipeline activities with partners to maximize revenue and market share
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure seamless project execution
Provide partners with product, technical, and sales support; forecast revenue, and track key performance metrics

Qualifications:
Proven experience in partner account management, channel sales, or business development within the IT services or systems integration sector
Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth
Existing book of business and established industry relationships highly preferred.

What You'll Do
Provide support to on-going Test Engineering activities including:
* Test Procedure development and maintenance
* Maintenance of oracle database for RF cable test requirements and test process
* Verification of test requirements on cable drawings
* Support for power cable testing
* Maintenance of test scripts for automated cable test process

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 7+ years of Test Engineering experience
* 5+ years of applicable domain experience
* Experience with DO-254 and DO-178

Applicable domain expertise is as follows:
- Avionic Human Machine Interface Design
- Glass cockpit design
- Tactical communications and data links
- Military aircraft navigation systems
- Embedded mission computing processing systems
- Time sensitive networking (TSN) and Digital Backbone networks
- Military Aircraft sensor systems
- Aircraft survivability systems

Business Central Product Developer - NYC - $175k - Remote Flex

Our client is a leading Microsoft ISV specializing in cloud-based accounting automation solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. They are committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for a talented developer to help shape the future of our products.

What You'll Do:

* Analyze, design, and develop new features for our client's product suite on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS).
* Maintain and enhance existing codebases across multiple BC versions.
* Implement customer-driven enhancements with a focus on scalability and compliance.
* Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, standardized solutions.
* Develop and maintain RDLC reports and integrations with partner systems.
* Support internal teams with technical expertise and assist in resolving complex customer issues.
* Participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of development processes.

What You Bring:

* Several years of experience in Business Central (SaaS & On-Prem) development.
* Strong skills in AL and C#, with a solid understanding of software architecture and design.
* Experience with cloud migrations and international SaaS product development.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Docker, Azure DevOps, and web services.
* Knowledge of automated testing and modern DevOps practices.
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong analytical thinking, independence, and a proactive mindset.
* A passion for quality, customer-centric development, and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Experience mentoring junior developers.
* Interest in payroll, time tracking, or HR software is a plus.
