D365 Supply Chain Analyst

A growing technology manufacturer in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This organization designs and manufactures high-performance components, serving complex, highly regulated industries - with a strong preference for experience in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing environments.
If you're hands-on with MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control - and thrive working directly with users - this could be an excellent opportunity.
🔎 What We're Looking For
We need a confident D365 F&O expert who can clearly demonstrate experience in:
✔ MRP Expertise
*
Full configuration and optimization of MRP
*
Bill of Materials (BOM) setup and management
*
Forecasting and master planning
*
Understanding and managing action messages
*
Running and tuning planning processes for efficiency
✔ Capacity Planning
*
Deep expertise in capacity planning within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
*
Ability to walk through full setup and configuration
*
Training users on capacity planning functionality
*
Executing and reporting on capacity plans
*
Self-assessed proficiency level (must be able to articulate depth of expertise)
✔ Shop Floor Control
*
Tablet and barcode-based labor tracking setup
*
Production quantity tracking configuration
*
Shop floor reporting and review processes
*
Real-world manufacturing floor experience
✔ User Engagement & Training
*
Conducting demos and hands-on training
*
Supporting business users with practical solutions
*
Translating technical processes into operational understanding
✔ Reporting & Analytics
*
Experience building reports within D365
*
Power BI background preferred
*
Ability to provide actionable manufacturing insights through reporting
