A leading end-user organization in the food & beverage sector is seeking a Senior Business Central Systems Lead to drive strategy, optimization, and enterprise-wide performance across their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on expert who has successfully delivered multiple Business Central implementations within the food industry and understands the operational complexity of food manufacturing, distribution, and compliance.

🔎 The Opportunity

As the Senior BC Systems Lead, you will:

Own the architecture, performance, and roadmap of the Business Central platform
*

Lead full-cycle BC implementations and upgrades
*

Optimize manufacturing, inventory, costing, and supply chain workflows
*

Partner with operations, finance, and executive leadership
*

Oversee integrations, reporting, and data strategy
*

Manage vendors, consultants, and internal technical resources

This is a strategic and operational leadership role with direct visibility to executive stakeholders.

✅ Required Experience

*

5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
*

Proven track record of multiple end-to-end BC implementations in the food industry
*

Deep expertise in:

*

Food manufacturing & distribution processes
*

Lot tracking, traceability, and compliance
*

Costing (standard & actual), inventory control, and MRP
*

3PL and EDI integrations

*

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
*

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions

🌎 Location

West Coast (hybrid/onsite preferred). Relocation support may be considered for exceptional candidates.
