    The Role

    As Business Applications Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's D365 BC and CE platforms, ensuring they are effectively aligned with business needs and delivering maximum value. You will oversee internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders, driving performance, process improvements, and user adoption across the business.

    This is a leadership role where you will combine strategic vision with hands-on management, ensuring the business applications landscape continues to support both operational efficiency and customer-focused growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    *

    Oversee and manage the internal D365 Business Central and Customer Engagement platforms.
    *

    Lead, coach, and develop internal teams responsible for application management, development, and support.
    *

    Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales to ensure system alignment with business needs.
    *

    Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and new functionality rollouts.
    *

    Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
    *

    Ensure effective governance, documentation, and best practices in application management.
    *

    Act as a key stakeholder in shaping the company's digital roadmap.

    Key Requirements

    *

    Proven experience in managing Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Customer Engagement platforms.
    *

    Strong background in application management, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
    *

    Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
    *

    Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and business process improvement best practices.
    *

    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
    *

    Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a strong advantage.

    Responsibilities

    * Writing functional specifications and functional test scenarios.
    * Functional knowledge of ERP, Microsoft D365.
    * Mapping business requirements and providing customised IT solutions involving finalisation of product specifications and selection of appropriate techniques.
    * Understanding business process, study and analyse work-flow.
    * Coordinating with the Technical Team for development / customisation.
    * Writing Test Cases.
    * Gathering requirements from the clients.
    * Functional analysis.
    * Preparing Business Process documents. (FRD, FDD, Test cases, Process flow)
    * Preparing functional specification for customisation required for implementations
    * Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    * To manage partners with on-site / offshore delivery model.
