I'm recruiting for a Customer Support Team Leader to join a new Managed Services Provider in Essex, where you'll lead and motivate a 1st Line Customer Support Team, who are largely responsible for providing basic IT support, amongst some other services.

Please note this role is fully-office based 5 days a week in their office near Southend-on-Sea, so that you can provide in-person mentoring, coaching, and interact with other business teams.

This role will focus on leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring adherence to strict SLAs, encouraging an exceptional level of customer service, and driving improvements wherever possible.

You'll escalate more complex issues to a 2nd Line Support Team, and will have access to in-house Subject Matter Experts when needed.

You will work to promote a self-serve approach to customer resolution, and ultimately look to reduce the number of incoming support calls through educating users and contributing to the organization's knowledge base,

This role would be well-suited to someone who has experience within an IT Support / Helpdesk environment, and is excited by the idea of leading a developing a high-performing team.

Data Engineer
I am working with a data driven Microsoft partnered consultancy who are looking for a Databricks Data Engineer to join their growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the latest Microsoft technologies with a focus on projects on Databricks implementations.

You will join a team at the centre of a number of data-driven projects where you will be responsible for the design, development and creation of data solutions. You will work on the full end-to-end product lifecycle from platform design to insights creation.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas

* Design, develop and maintain data pipelines that are responsible for the ingestion and transformation of data between different sources
* Create and develop data models
* Development of cloud data platforms solutions

To be successful in the role you will have

* Solid experience designing and delivering data solutions focused on Databricks
* Strong ETL experience with tools such as ADF or SSIS
* Experience working with Azure technologies - Synapse, Fabric, Data Lake
* Knowledge of data architecture principles and data modelling

This role will lead, monitor, optimise and continuously improve the delivery of software components so that a Council can provide simple user experiences and achieve better outcomes for people and businesses. * Educated to Degree Level or equivalent by experience in a relevant subject.
* Hold relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-100: Power Platform App Maker, PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant, PL-400: Power Platform Developer, PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect.
* Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and DevOps.
* Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and Azure Services

* Knowledge of JSON, Power Fx, JavaScript, HTML and SQL.
