SQL Database Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Database Developer to join a growing technology‑focused organisation that supports businesses with regulatory compliance and systems implementation.

This is a unique role where rather than focusing on the ongoing development of SQL Databases, you will be responsible for the integration of a software product into clients database solutions. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs before configuring and delivering a software solution that will help streamline their compliance processes and improves reporting accuracy. This is a hands‑on role where you will manage implementations end‑to‑end, working with a diverse range of customers.

Responsibilities

* Lead and deliver software implementation projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
* Gather and document client and internal requirements, configuring the software to meet business needs.
* Analyse client workflows and provide best‑practice recommendations aligned with system capabilities.
* Support the client post-implementation and assist in continuous improvement cycles.

Skills and Experience

* Strong technical background specifically with T-SQL
* Experience with query writing, performance tuning and indexing
* Experience with ASP.Net/C#.
* Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to understand both high‑level and detailed requirements.

Lead D365 CE Functional Consultant

Hybrid (2 days a week) - East Sussex

Join a dynamic, value-led team delivering impactful Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
As a Lead Consultant, you'll drive complex, client-facing projects from discovery through to deployment, mentor junior consultants, and shape user-centric solutions that drive real value.

Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 CE and Power Platform projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and design scalable, customer-focused solutions
* Mentor Junior Consultants, promote best practices and contribute to delivery methodology improvements.
* Support Pre-Sales activities, stakeholder engagement and project handovers to client success team.

Skills

* Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Power BI, Co-Pilot)
* Proven expertise designing and delivering full lifecycle business solutions, including data modelling and automation
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
* Familiarity with ALM best practices, chatbot development and Microsoft licensing models.

Senior Data Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a leading Microsoft partner that is modernising data platforms and delivering innovative analytics solutions for organisations across the UK.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges before designing tailored solutions that improve efficiency, drive self‑service reporting and support long‑term scalability. This is a hands‑on role where you will support clients from a variety of different sectors. You will also be able to supplement this hands-on experience with the opportunity to gain Microsoft focus certifications and accreditations.

Responsibilities

* Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric
* Design, implement and maintain data lakes data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes
* Develop scalable data models for reporting in Power BI
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and advise on solutions that best fit the individual needs of the business

Skills and Experience

* Hands‑on experience Azure services such as Synapse, Data Factory or Databricks
* Strong SQL skills
* Proficiency in Python and/or PySpark
* Experience with Power BI and data modelling
