As part of a major transformation programme, they're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to help shape the future of a business-critical platform used by hundreds of thousands of customers across Norway.

    This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine technical expertise with mentoring, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams.

    The Role

    You'll join one of the organisation's largest development teams, working on the replacement of a core business platform while delivering new features, APIs, and integrations that directly impact customers.

    Working in autonomous, cross-functional agile teams, you'll play a key role in driving technical excellence while remaining actively involved in development.

    You'll be responsible for:

    * Leading a team of around 8 engineers while remaining hands-on with development
    * Designing and developing modern backend services using .NET/C#
    * Building and maintaining APIs and integrations
    * Contributing to frontend development using React and TypeScript
    * Supporting architectural decisions and engineering best practices
    * Mentoring developers and helping shape the technical direction of the team
    * Collaborating closely with product owners, UX designers, testers, and business stakeholders

    There is also the opportunity to take on people management responsibilities in the future if this is something you're interested in, although this isn't a requirement for the role.

    * React

    * REST APIs

    Experience with F#, Elm, or functional programming is beneficial but by no means essential.

    We're Looking For

    * Significant commercial experience in full-stack software development
    * Strong expertise in .NET/C# backend development and API design
    * Experience building modern React applications
    * Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar technical leadership role
    * Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices
    * Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
    * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    * Commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical and business priorities
    * Fluent Norwegian language skills

    Experience within banking, finance, fintech, insurance, or other complex business-critical software environments would be advantageous.

    Why Join?

    * Join a financially stable organisation with long-term investment in technology
    * Lead the development of large-scale customer-facing products during a major platform transformation
    * Modern engineering culture with autonomous development teams
    * Dedicated learning time each month plus conference and training budgets
    * Strong focus on innovation, including award-winning AI-driven solutions that are transforming business processes
    * Flexible hybrid working

    If you're an experienced Tech Lead who enjoys remaining hands-on while influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, and helping build modern software at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

    D365 Solution Architect/Lead - CE & F&O

    An established Norwegian organisation is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in the next stage of its digital transformation journey. Having recently completed a successful Dynamics 365 implementation, the business has now entered an exciting optimisation and growth phase, creating an opportunity for someone to take ownership of the platform's future direction and maximise the value of its Microsoft investment.

    Working across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Customer Service and integrated third-party solutions, you will act as the internal subject matter expert, helping to shape the roadmap, define best practices and ensure the platform continues to evolve in line with business objectives.

    This is a unique opportunity to join at a critical stage. The initial implementation was delivered using a fit-to-standard MVP approach and the focus has now shifted towards optimisation, process improvement, user adoption, global rollout activities and the exploration of emerging Microsoft technologies, including AI capabilities.

    Responsibilities

    * Define and own the Dynamics 365 solution architecture across Finance & Operations, CE and surrounding business systems
    * Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for process improvement and platform optimisation
    * Establish architectural standards, governance and best practices
    * Lead discussions around integrations, data management and future solution design
    * Support ongoing rollout initiatives across international locations
    * Act as the key internal advisor on Dynamics 365 capabilities and future Microsoft roadmap developments
    * Work closely with external partners while driving increased internal ownership and expertise

    Requirements

    * Proven experience delivering solution or enterprise architecture within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Dynamics 365 CE
    * Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across areas such as Sales, Service, Logistics, Warehousing, Purchasing and Finance
    * Experience defining architecture standards, governance frameworks and scalable solution designs
    * Knowledge of integrations, data migration strategies and system landscape planning
    * Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    * Strategic mindset combined with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    * Comfortable operating within a lean, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy

    Why Join?

    * Become the go-to Dynamics 365 expert within the organisation and have significant influence on future technology decisions
    * Take ownership of a platform that has recently gone live and is now ready for optimisation and expansion
    * Shape the roadmap rather than inheriting a mature, heavily customised environment
    * Broad exposure across the full business value chain, working with stakeholders across multiple functions
    * Strong executive backing and continued investment in digital transformation initiatives
    * Opportunity to play a key role in future AI, automation and digitalisation projects
    * Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that combines the agility of a growing business with the stability and resources of an established organisation
    * High levels of trust, ownership and flexibility, with the ability to make a visible impact on the business

    This is a hybrid position based in Bergen, requiring weekly onsite presence.

    For an experienced Dynamics 365 professional looking for ownership, influence and the opportunity to shape a growing Microsoft ecosystem, this represents an excellent career opportunity.
