What You'll Do:

Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, focusing on core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, etc.)
*

Lead and support Finance-related configurations, testing, and deployment activities
*

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with PMA/Project Operations
*

Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional designs
*

Provide user training, support, and continuous improvement recommendations

Requirements:

*

Proven experience with D365 F&O (required)
*

Expertise in core Finance modules within D365
*

Hands-on experience with Project Management & Accounting (PMA) or Project Operations
*

Familiarity with Avalara Tax and ExFlow (preferred)
*

Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices
*

Consulting and Project Management experience (preferred)
*

Background in the construction industry or project-based environments is a strong plus

This is an opportunity to join a growing business in the Engineering and Manufacturing space and take ownership of the full Power BI lifecycle. In this role you will connect to sources, shape data with Power Query/M, build star-schema models, write advanced DAX, design visuals, and publish to the Service.



Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong experience in such roles prior to this one. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate experience with:

* Building and maintaining enterprise-grade ETL pipelines with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar to feed a data warehouse / data lake.
* Designing scalable tabular / SSAS models and implementing row-level security on large datasets.
* Optimizing report and query performance on high-volume platforms such as Snowflake or SQL Server.
* Administering workspaces, gateways, scheduled refresh, and usage monitoring in Power BI Service.
* Extending solutions with the wider Microsoft stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Data Lake) for end-to-end analytics workflows.



Must-have technical skills

* Prior experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions.
* Expert DAX and M query; creating complex KPIs and time-intelligence measures.
* Strong SQL (T-SQL, Snowflake SQL) and performance tuning.
* Hands-on experience with SSIS or Azure Data Factory ETL workflows.
* Proven ability to model data in star / snowflake schemas and secure it with RLS.
* Experience managing Power BI gateways, incremental refresh, and CI/CD of BI assets (DevOps or Git).

As a Senior D365 F&O Financial Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end financial solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You'll work closely with stakeholders, finance teams, and technical architects to ensure seamless implementations and optimise financial processes.

Key Responabilities

* Lead the functional design and implementation of D365 F&O financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management).
* Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications.
* Collaborate with solution architects on system design and integration strategies.
* Configure and customise financial modules to meet client-specific needs.
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

Experience Required

* Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly in financial modules.
* Strong understanding of ERP financial processes and accounting principles.
* Experience in end-to-end project life-cycle including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
* Ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders, finance teams, and technical staff.
* Experience working in remote, collaborative environments across national teams.

* Maintain a wide variety of tasks within the company's ERP and MES systems
* Support critical data and reporting initiatives for daily operations, such as production efficiency, quality control metrics, inventory management, and supply chain optimisation
* Analyze processes and applications to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations, coordinating with management approval to deploy updates to technical support and production work flows

Skills and Qualifications

* 3-5 years of D365 Business Central functional experience
* Previous/current experience within the manufacturing industry
* Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBi
