You Will Work With

Microsoft Data & AI Ecosystem

* The full modern Microsoft data stack: Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Storage and Power BI.
* Advanced AI technologies including machine learning, generative AI, cognitive services, and responsible AI frameworks.

Power Platform & Dataverse

* A heavy focus on Power Platform and Dataverse, as all customer data interacts with these technologies.
* Designing scalable enterprise architectures, not ad‑hoc integrations.

Modern Data Architecture

* Lakehouse, data mesh, ELT/ETL patterns, MDM and dimensional modelling.
* Steering the "doers" in the team-architecting the solution, not building it yourself.

Are you a senior technical support professional who enjoys solving the toughest problems? Our client is looking for a highly skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team in Oslo. You will be working with complex ERP and accounting systems, acting as the escalation point for issues passed from 1st and 2nd line support.

This is not a developer role - but you must be able to read and understand code (e.g., C#, SQL) to troubleshoot issues effectively.

About the Role

In this position, you will take ownership of advanced technical incidents, perform deep-dive investigations, and collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and end users. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining system stability, analysing logs, and identifying root causes across the company's ERP/accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

* Handle advanced technical escalations from 1st and 2nd line support
* Troubleshoot ERP and accounting systems, integrations, and custom modules
* Read and interpret code (C#, SQL, etc.) to identify errors and logic issues
* Work closely with development teams to resolve complex defects
* Perform detailed log analysis and root-cause investigations
* Improve documentation, support processes, and internal knowledge base

Required Skills & Experience
