Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client, intégrateur ERP reconnu et spécialisé dans les solutions de gestion, renforce ses équipes et recrute un Consultant Fonctionnel ERP Finance / Paie Suisse en CDI.

Vous interviendrez sur des projets stratégiques d'implémentation et d'évolution d'ERP, principalement autour de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, auprès d'une clientèle PME & ETI en Suisse romande.

Vos missions

*

Analyse des besoins métiers clients (finance, comptabilité, paie, gestion sociale).
*

Animation d'ateliers fonctionnels et rédaction des spécifications.
*

Paramétrage, déploiement et évolution des solutions ERP.
*

Pilotage des phases de tests, recettes et mises en production.
*

Formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs.
*

Veille fonctionnelle et réglementaire sur la paie suisse.
*

Interventions clients en présentiel (20 %), avec une organisation 80 % en télétravail.



Votre profil

*

Formation supérieure en finance, gestion, informatique ou équivalent.
*

Expérience confirmée (minimum 3-5 ans) en tant que Consultant Fonctionnel ERP Finance / Paie.
*

Très bonne maîtrise de la paie suisse (législation sociale, assurances, charges, fiscalité).
*

Connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central fortement appréciée.
*

Ou profils issus d'ERP majeurs du marché : SAP, Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Sage, Infor.

For a growing IT consulting company, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CX expertise to lead complex customer and transformation projects.

Your Responsibilities

* Lead Dynamics 365 CX projects and programmes end-to-end
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Advise customers on CX and cloud transformation initiatives
* Coordinate stakeholders, project teams and delivery activities
* Ensure successful project execution regarding scope, timeline, and quality

Your Profile

* Min. 5+ years of experience in IT projects
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE:

* Sales
* Marketing
* Customer Service
* Field Service

* Proven consulting and multi-project management experience
* Experience with cloud solutions and enterprise transformation projects
* German and English minimum C1
* Hands-on, proactive and willing to go the extra mile when needed
* Based within practical commuting distance to Winterthur
