I'm working with the top specialist BC partner in Denmark, who are currently looking to add 2 Senior Consultants to their Kolding office after an increase in project work in the pipeline, and recent investment in the company.

They currently need to hire Consultants with the following skills:

* Experience delivering multiple D.365 BC implementations to completion
* Knowledge of the following business areas: Finance, Logistics or Fashion
* Partner/Consultancy channel experience

Tasks and responsibilities:

* Engaging with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
* Configuring the Dynamics 365 Business Central system to align with the client's business processes
* Overseeing the implementation and deployment of D365 BC within the client's organisation
* Providing training sessions to end-users and stakeholders to ensure they are proficient in using the D365 BC system.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates of D365 BC and advising clients on potential system upgrades
* Documenting all system configurations, customisations, and processes for reference and future use
* Conducting thorough testing of the system to identify and resolve any issues or bugs before the system is deployed

D365 Finance Systems Manager

London based end user seeking experienced D365 Finance Systems Manager. The purpose of this role is to take full ownership of the Finance system and provide leadership and guidance on system improvement projects, data integrity and day to day system maintenance. You will report into the Group Financial Controller and meet regularly with the CFO and other senior stakeholders. Must be comfortable working with teams across the business and be able to effectively communicate with personnel both inside and outside of the finance workstream



Responsibilities:

-Take ownership of day to day system maintenance

-Drive system enhancement projects such as finance processes, functional changes, reporting, integrations and batch jobs

-Act as central figure in process optimasation projects and as point of contact for stakeholders across the business

-Proactively recommend D365 solutions to challenges faced by the Finance team

-Define how data will be stored and modelled and build widescale automation of reporting to support the Finance team

-Take ownership of the quality, accuracy and integrity of data in D365, work cross-functionally with other teams to understand how their data arrives in the finance system

-Manage 3rd party support on technical projects

-Communicate issues and D365 solutions clearly and effectively to personnel across the business

-Work closely with CFO and other senior stakeholders

-Anticipate potential problems and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

-Test and create functional specs of existing and ongoing processes to identify areas for improvement



Requirements:

-At least 5 years of F&O functional and systems experience

-ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified

-Experience as a lead or manager supporting D365

-Strong product knowledge of D365 and ability to translate requirements into solutions within Finance system

-Expertise on best practice ways to store, model and present finance data for use by the Finance team

-Strong knowledge of automated reporting tools & D365 reporting capabilities

-Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting issues with D365

-Experience initiating and coordinating improvement projects with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset and can-do approach

-Experience managing and maintaining integrations into & out of D365 with strong understanding of using and maintaining D365 Data Management Framework

-Experience managing and creating new batch processes and workflows in D365
