🔧 What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day helpdesk support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to ERP functionality and user access.

Manage incoming support tickets, prioritize and document resolutions.

Assist end users with system navigation, reporting tools, and basic technical guidance.

Work closely with internal teams to identify trends, suggest improvements, and support ongoing system enhancements.

✅ What We're Looking For:

1+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).
*

Solid understanding of ERP systems, especially around troubleshooting and user support.
*

Experience working in a helpdesk or IT support environment.
*

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
*

A personable, customer-first mindset-you're approachable, helpful, and a team player.
*

Bonus: Exposure to Dynamics 365 CRM (Field Service or Project Operations) or a background in finance/accounting.
