Power Platform Solution Architect

Job Description
We're looking for a Power Platform Solution Architect to design and deliver robust, scalable Microsoft solutions. You'll work hands-on across all stages of delivery, shaping architecture, leading technical delivery, and inspiring clients to embrace innovation across the Microsoft stack. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid environment, supporting transformative digital projects across industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design high- and low-level architecture for Power Platform solutions
*

Lead full project delivery from discovery to deployment
*

Define integration approaches using Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint)
*

Ensure performance, security, scalability, and accessibility in solutions
*

Support Agile delivery using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
*

Collaborate closely with clients, building trust and technical confidence
*

Contribute to estimations, planning, and risk analysis
*

Optionally support pre-sales and bid activity

Skills & Qualifications

*

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
*

Deep understanding of Microsoft tech stack: Azure, SharePoint, Dataverse
*

Proficient in C#, Visual Studio, and source control (e.g., Azure DevOps)
*

Full implementation lifecycle experience of enterprise solutions
*

Familiarity with Agile methodology, user stories, epics, and sprints
*

CI/CD knowledge, ideally with Azure DevOps
*

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
*

Eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance (UK residency for 5+ years required)
