What You'll Do

As a Financial Analyst / Accountant, you'll bridge finance, technology, and strategy - owning financial processes while optimizing reporting and analytics across departments. You'll play a key role in implementing and maintaining business intelligence tools and strengthening our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform core accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
*

Develop and manage financial reports and dashboards using Jet Reports, Power BI, and SQL Server
*

Leverage Dynamics NAV / Business Central to streamline reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
*

Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic planning and decision-making
*

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, visibility, and process automation
*

Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, and regulatory requirements
*

Provide support for audits and external reporting

What We're Looking For

*

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
*

3-5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
*

Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central (required)
*

Experience with Power BI, Jet Reports, and SQL Server (required)
*

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
*

Advanced Excel skills; Power Query or DAX a plus
*

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
*

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
