BI & Analytics Lead - Stockholm

A Key Role in Digital Transformation

The organisation's IT function is undergoing a significant phase of digital modernisation. The Head of Data & Analytics will play a pivotal role by overseeing the data platform (based on Azure), technical development, and integrations-working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

You will enable, coordinate, and support analytical capabilities by ensuring the right technology, structure, and collaboration are in place. The role involves leading a skilled team of internal and external experts in BI, data engineering, and integration.

Responsibilities

* Lead and evolve the organisation's data platform and integration solutions
* Act as a strategic partner to the business, translating needs into technical solutions
* Establish structure, governance, and prioritisation in a high-potential area
* Inspire and develop a strong technical team (engineers, architects, consultants)
* Collaborate across various business areas including logistics, e-commerce, and ERP projects

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within data/IT development
* Strong technical expertise in modern data and integration platforms (e.g., Azure, Power BI, SAP)
* Proven experience managing development and change projects with multiple stakeholders
* Solid understanding of how technology supports analysis and decision-making, even if not directly involved in analytics work
* Fluent Swedish and English
