C# Software Developer - Oslo (Hybrid)

We're looking for a C# Developer to join a well-established product engineering team building complex, data-driven systems used to support critical decision-making.

This is an ideal role for someone with a couple of years' experience who wants to step into a more advanced technical environment and significantly accelerate their growth.

The Role

You'll be working on backend systems built with C# / .NET, contributing to platforms that handle large volumes of data and require strong problem-solving skills.

You'll be:

* Developing and maintaining backend services in C# / .NET
* Working on data-heavy, complex applications with real-world impact
* Collaborating closely with experienced engineers and domain experts
* Learning how to navigate and contribute to large, sophisticated systems

What We're Looking For

* 2-3+ years' experience with C# / .NET
* Strong foundations in software engineering (OOP, clean code, etc.)
* Comfortable working in complex environments (or eager to learn)
* Curious, proactive, and motivated to improve
* Team player with a collaborative mindset
