Business Central Specialist - Hybrid

We're seeking a Business Central Specialist to join our growing organization and provide expert Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and playing a key role in driving digital transformation. You'll serve as the first line of contact for system users, maintaining data integrity, resolving issues, and collaborating with leadership to enhance system performance.

What You'll Do

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users across multiple departments.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, integrations, and user access.

Partner with the IT Director to identify process improvement opportunities and support system optimization efforts.
*

Manage user setup, permissions, and security roles.
*

Collaborate with teams across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth day-to-day system use.
*

Support testing, training, and documentation for new system features or updates.
*

Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 support or external partners as needed.
*

Maintain detailed records of support tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues.

What You'll Bring

*

2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
*

Strong understanding of system configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
*

Experience providing application support in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 helpdesk environment.
*

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
*

Detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems.
*

Basic understanding of accounting or supply chain processes (preferred).
*

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
