Tech Lead - Vejle (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join a forward-thinking team based in Vejle. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on development with technical leadership, working in an environment that values collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

The Role

As Tech Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping both the technical direction and team culture. You'll work closely with developers, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while mentoring and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design and development of modern, scalable applications
* Act as a technical mentor, supporting and developing team members
* Drive best practices across architecture, code quality, and delivery
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Contribute hands-on to development while guiding overall technical strategy
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Tech Stack & Experience

* Strong experience with .NET and C#
* Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
* Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases
* Exposure to AWS, cloud-based solutions, and microservices architecture
* Familiarity with event-driven systems

Nice to have:

* Frontend experience with Vue.js, React Native, and/or TypeScript
