Lead Data & Analytics Architect - Remote - Microsoft Fabric - Azure - Power BI - Power Platform - Up to £100,000

I'm working with an established Microsoft Partner that is continuing to invest heavily in its Data & Analytics capability. With an expanding project portfolio and increasing demand for data-driven transformation programmes, they're looking for a Lead Data & Analytics Architect to play a key role in shaping both client solutions and the future direction of the practice.

This is a highly influential position where you'll combine architecture, consulting, stakeholder engagement and pre-sales expertise to help organisations unlock more value from their data. Working across Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, you'll lead the design of modern data and analytics solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

You'll enjoy significant autonomy, exposure to senior decision-makers, and the opportunity to help define technical strategy whilst contributing to the growth of a highly respected Microsoft-focused consultancy.

You Will Work With

* Leading the architecture and design of enterprise-scale Data & Analytics solutions.
* Shaping solution strategy across customer engagements and transformation programmes.
* Designing modern reporting, business intelligence and AI-enabled solutions.
* Leading workshops with business leaders, technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
* Supporting pre-sales activities including demonstrations, proposals, tender responses and solution presentations.
* Helping clients define and execute Data & Analytics strategies that deliver measurable business value.
* Defining architecture standards, governance frameworks and best practices.
* Advising organisations on data strategy, analytics platforms, reporting capabilities and AI adoption.
* Mentoring consultants and supporting the continued growth of the wider practice.

Key Experience

* Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Data & Analytics solutions.
* Strong Microsoft Data Platform expertise including:

* Microsoft Fabric
* Azure Data Factory
* Azure Synapse
* Power BI
* Azure SQL
* Azure Storage
* Service Bus

* Deep understanding of modern data architectures including Lakehouse, Data Mesh, ELT/ETL, Master Data Management and dimensional modelling.
* Experience delivering analytics, AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI solutions.
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform integration patterns.
* Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and consulting experience.
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and actionable data solutions.
* Previous consultancy, architecture or pre-sales experience would be highly beneficial.
