AR Cash Application

I'm currently working with one of my clients that's looking to add an AR Cash Applications Member to their growing Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Accounts Receivable while gaining exposure to collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and customer account management.

In this role, you'll manage customer accounts, apply daily cash receipts, investigate deductions, work directly with large retail and distributor customers, and partner with internal teams to help improve cash flow and resolve outstanding balances.

They're looking for someone with:
* 0-5 years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Cash Application experience (recent Accounting/Finance graduates are encouraged to apply)
* Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
* Experience with an ERP system (Dynamics GP/Great Plains or SAP is a plus)
* Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers regarding collections
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Bonus points if you have experience with:
* Customer deduction portals (Walmart Retail Link, Amazon Vendor Central, etc.)
* CPG, beverage, retail, or distribution environments
* EDI transactions or trade deductions
