Take Ownership of a Business-Critical ERP Transformation for a Food & Beverage End User

An established international consumer brand is embarking on a major digital transformation programme and is preparing for the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central in the very near future.

To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Consultant who can combine strong functional consulting expertise with project leadership capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical ERP transformation, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure a successful transition to Business Central.

You will play a central role in shaping the future ERP landscape, acting as the bridge between business, technology teams, external partners, and leadership.



The Role

As the ERP lead for the Business Central migration, you will be responsible for driving the planning, configuration, implementation, and adoption of the new platform.

This position requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing business processes with end users, configuring the solution, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams.



Key Responsibilities

* Take ownership of the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Lead ERP-related workstreams throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
* Analyse business processes and translate requirements into scalable Business Central solutions.
* Configure and optimise Business Central modules to support operational and commercial processes.
* Act as the key functional expert and trusted advisor for internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
* Work closely with development teams to manage customisations, integrations, and technical requirements.
* Collaborate across wider IT and digital teams to ensure alignment with broader transformation initiatives.
* Support testing, user training, system adoption, and change management activities.
* Drive continuous improvement and help establish best practices for ERP governance and future development.



About You

Desired Experience

* Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Proven functional consulting experience, including business analysis, configuration, setup, and process optimisation.
* Experience leading ERP implementation or migration projects.
* Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Ability to work effectively between business and technical teams.
* Experience working with integrations and wider business application landscapes.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
