We are looking for a Desktop Support professional with experience in Dynamics GP to provide remote assistance and ensure efficient system functionality for our users. In this role, you will play a crucial part in troubleshooting issues, managing configurations, and optimizing user experience, making a tangible impact on daily operations.

* Strong experience in Desktop Support, particularly with Dynamics GP
* Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely
* Excellent understanding of database management and software configurations
* Ability to communicate clearly with users at all technical levels
* Familiarity with Windows environments and related support tools

* Deploys and supports Microsoft Windows
* Maintains detailed and up-to-date licenses and hardware/software inventory
* Laptop/desktop deployments and breaks/fixes
* Printer deployments and breaks/fixes
* Hardware/software installs and upgrades
* Mobile device management and MDM policies
* End-user support
* Manages IT department documentation
* Performs preventive maintenance
* Basic network troubleshooting
* Supports the internal Unified Communications system
* Supports Office M365 - Exchange, Outlook, etc.
* Provides Microsoft application support
* VPN account setup and support
* Supports Zoom, MS Teams and other video conferencing solutions
* Desktop security using Group Policies
* Anti-virus management and support
