Business Systems Analyst

Technical Business Analyst - Manufacturing - Surrey (Hybrid) - Up to £60,000

I'm currently working alongside a leading UK manufacturing and supply-chain organisation who are hiring for a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in modernising their systems. They are undergoing a major digital transformation, and this is a opportunity to join a business who are heavily investing in their digital platforms, automation and cloud-native solutions.

Working at the heart of a multi-site operation and partnering with stakeholders of all environments, you'll analyse the business processes, highlight improvement opportunities and translate technical needs into clear specifications.

This role was created for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving operational challenges and brings a strong mindset to business analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Extensive SQL proficiency.
* Good understanding of programming languages - e.g. Python and C++
* Experience in systems thinking.
* Documentation tool experience - e.g. Confluence, Jira, Visio, Lucidchart.
* Exposure to the software development life cycle.
* Strong understanding of business process modelling.
