Treasury Manager | Near Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite)

Nigel Frank International is working with a fast-growing enterprise organization in the consumer goods / beverage industry that is actively looking to hire a Treasury Manager to join their finance team onsite in Boca Raton, FL.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone looking to step into a strategic treasury-focused role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Full-Time

Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 base salary + bonus/equity potential

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily treasury operations including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management
* Monitor banking activity, wire transfers, and cash flow reporting
* Assist with short-term and long-term cash forecasting and working capital planning
* Support banking relationships and treasury-related reporting initiatives
* Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to leadership around cash management strategies
* Assist with debt management, account reconciliations, and treasury controls
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, AR/AP, and leadership teams
* Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and treasury reporting enhancements

Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience within Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, or related finance functions
* Strong understanding of cash flow management, forecasting, and banking operations
* Advanced Excel skills required
* ERP/accounting systems experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, etc.)
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
