Senior Frontend Developer (React) - Stavanger (Hybrid)

We're looking for Senior Frontend Developers to join a growing consultancy environment delivering impactful digital solutions across a range of industries. This is an opportunity to work in a people-first, design-led organisation where collaboration and quality are at the core of everything.

The Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you'll work in cross-functional teams to build modern, scalable web applications. You'll be involved across the full lifecycle, from early-stage ideas and design through to development and delivery.

This role offers a strong balance of hands-on development, collaboration, and influence over technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop modern frontend applications using React or similar frameworks
* Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders
* Contribute to technical decisions and frontend architecture
* Deliver high-quality, user-focused digital experiences
* Stay up to date with modern technologies and best practices
* Play an active role in knowledge sharing and team development

Tech Stack

* JavaScript / TypeScript
* React (preferred), though Angular or Vue are also relevant
* Exposure to cloud platforms (ideally Azure) is beneficial

What They're Looking For

* Solid experience in frontend development with modern JavaScript frameworks
* Strong understanding of component-based architecture and best practices
* Passion for technology, design, and continuous learning
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, client-facing environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Norwegian language is a plus, but English-speaking candidates are welcome
