Nigel Frank International are currently partnered with an established D365 CE end user who are looking to add a talented Junior Developer to their forward-thinking technical team.
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to deepen their technical skills, work on meaningful projects, and help shape business focused solutions.

Responsibilities

* Deliver customisations and configurations within Dynamics 365 CRM
* Build and enhance Model‑Driven and Canvas Apps within the Power Platform
* Create and optimise workflows using Power Automate, reducing manual processes across the business
* Develop and maintain Plugins using C#
* Implement JavaScript customisations to extend CRM functionality
* Translate technical requirements into clear, practical, business‑aligned solutions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support ongoing CRM improvements and enhancements

Skills

* 1-2 years' hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
* Strong understanding of CRM customisations, configurations, and solution management
* Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps - Model‑Driven & Canvas, Power Automate)
* Experience using Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes
* Practical experience with JavaScript and C# for plugin development
* Ability to interpret technical requirements and deliver effective, user‑focused solutions
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
