Our client, a leading Microsoft partner, is looking to add a Principal Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to their growing team. This is a strategic role for a senior consultant who combines hands-on implementation expertise with strong pre-sales capabilities and enjoys helping clients shape their ERP strategy from initial discovery through successful delivery.

The Role

As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role across the entire project lifecycle-from supporting the sales team during solution design and demonstrations to leading implementation and delivery for clients adopting Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You'll work closely with sales, technical teams, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, ensuring successful deployments while also helping drive new business through pre-sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
*

Act as a subject matter expert in pre-sales engagements, supporting solution demonstrations, workshops, and proposal development
*

Work directly with client leadership to define business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
*

Provide functional consulting across finance and operations modules within Business Central
*

Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and system architecture
*

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and delivery methodologies

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
*

Proven experience supporting pre-sales activities, including demos, discovery sessions, and solution design
*

Experience delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations
*

Strong functional knowledge across finance, operations, and core ERP processes
*

Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders
*

Previous experience working with a Microsoft partner or consulting environment preferred
