Senior SCM Consultant (Dynamics 365 F&O / D365 F&SCM) - Aarhus
You will play a key role in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations for customers across Denmark and the wider Nordic market. Acting as both a supply chain expert and trusted advisor, the consultant will lead workshops, define functional solutions, and support customers in optimising their logistics, warehousing, and production processes.
The position includes a clearly defined development track toward Solution Architect, supported by ongoing training, certifications, and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a specialist within supply chain, particularly across warehousing, logistics, and production
* Participate in implementation projects and ensure successful delivery
* Lead functional workshops and manage requirements gathering
* Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and solution proposals
* Support system configuration and setup
* Coordinate tasks and contribute to project progress and risk management
* Share knowledge internally and support competence development
* Participate in presales activities and provide consulting input
Progression to Solution Architect (Optional)
Over time, the consultant can move into a Solution Architect role, taking on responsibilities such as:
* Designing robust, scalable solution architectures
* Taking technical leadership on large implementations
* Contributing to strategic technology decisions and quality assurance
* Acting as a technical sparring partner in presales and customer engagements
Candidate Profile
Required Competencies:
* Hands-on experience with D365 F&SCM implementations
* Strong understanding of ERP processes across purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and production
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
* Ambition to progress into a Solution Architect position
* Fluency in Danish and English
Advantageous Experience:
* Project coordination or DevOps
* Integration design and technical concepts
* Presales activities or proposal preparation
