D365 F&O Finance Lead

An exciting opportunity for a hands on D365 F&O Finance leader to work in collaborative and innovative environment that values your expertise and long term growth. This organization are embarking on a D365 F&O implementation project and are looking for an internal champion to work closely with the finance team and external partner to drive a successful go live and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the implementation and optimization of D365 F&O
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial processes.
- Work closely with the external partner and senior leadership to ensure the implementation is fit for business requirements
- Manage the ERP team post implementation to drive continued support and optimization

Ideal candidates will possess:

- D365 F&O full life cycle project experience ideally representing an internal Finance team
- Hands on implementation and design of the finance modules
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Leadership experience, either hands on management or at least mentorship
