Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - Functional Specialist
Copenhagen | Hybrid setup

An international company with its head office in the Copenhagen area is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to strengthen its internal IT and business support team.

This is a permanent in-house position, created to secure long-term ownership of the D365 F&O platform and ensure continuity after a recent team change. The focus of the role is on supporting and optimising an already live solution, working closely with finance, supply chain and operational users to improve processes and system usage on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main functional point of contact for Dynamics 365 F&O
*

Partner with finance, supply chain and operations to understand business needs and pain points
*

Configure, maintain and optimise core F&O modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
*

Provide functional support and resolve issues in the live environment
*

Convert business requirements into clear functional documentation
*

Run workshops and training sessions to increase user adoption and best practices
*

Work with IT and other stakeholders to ensure stable operations and compliant solutions
*

Support small enhancements and integration's to continuously improve the system

Your Background

*

Solid experience as a D365 F&O / Dynamics AX Functional Consultant
*

Strong knowledge of financial or supply chain processes
*

Used to working close to the business in an operational environment
*

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
*

Structured and analytical, with a mindset for optimisation
*

Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
