Manager of Business Applications | Kansas City, MO

Join a forward-thinking organization as our Manager of Business Applications! We're seeking a hands-on leader to oversee our Microsoft Software Stack and drive impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and support Business Central, D365 CE, and WMS systems.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide direct support to end users.
* Translate business requirements into actionable solutions and measurable results.
* Guide the team on best practices for business processes and system usage.
* Collaborate with consultants to implement new processes and continuous improvements.
* (Preferred) Perform SQL development and write AL extensions.
* (Preferred) Leverage Power BI for reporting and analytics.

What We're Looking For:

* Strong technical background with leadership capabilities.
* Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
* Experience with Microsoft ERP and WMS systems is highly valued.
