About the Role:
Our client is looking for ConOps Consultants with deep experience leading ERP and construction technology implementations for major platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), CMiC, or Oracle. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the unique operational and financial challenges of the construction industry and can translate that expertise into Dynamics-based solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead implementation and optimization projects across construction management, cost control, and accounting functions using Dynamics 365 F&O.
* Partner with clients to map current and future state processes across project management, billing, and cost management workflows.
* Translate business needs into functional system designs and actionable configuration plans within the Dynamics environment.
* Guide clients through change management and adoption of new tools and workflows.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, testing, and deployment.
* Provide subject-matter expertise and strategic input to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

* 7+ years of experience implementing or managing ERP/technology platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CMiC, Oracle, or similar) within the construction sector.
* Deep understanding of construction project management, cost management, billing, and accounting principles.
* Strong business process mapping and solution design skills.
* Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
* Prior consulting experience preferred.
