Sales Manager / Account Manager - HRM

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Account Manager / Business Development Manager to be part of their HRM team. This is a permanent, onsite position that offers an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to lead sales initiatives.



Responsibilities

* Build close relationships with client's HR team, and develop strategic partnerships with potential clients
* Actively participate in marketing campaigns and events to promote company's brand awareness in the marketplace
* Understanding potential client's business needs and build the high-quality HR System solutions
* Participate in tender responses, business negotiations and provide high quality proposals to clients addressing all their key needs.
* Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and related sales documents
* Achieve quarterly and yearly individual sales targets assigned by company
* Conduct sales and marketing activities, including prospect calling, to expand business leads and opportunities
* Actively explore, prospect and develop new business opportunities with both current and potential clients;
* Drive sales strategies to enhance the client's HRIS offerings.


Requirements

* Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related disciplines
* Experience in sales or promotion of IT or related solutions
* Background in HRM solutions is a strong advantage
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
* Independent, proactive, mature, self-motivated, and results-oriented
