What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

* Experience with D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Insights/Journeys)
* For technical roles: .NET/C# and Power Platform experience; integration and Azure knowledge a plus
* Strong consulting background, analytical and communicative approach
* Swedish language skills and Stockholm-based (no visa sponsorship)
* Entrepreneurial, business-minded, and collaborative personality

Salary Bands:

* Consultants/Developers (2-3+ years): 40,000-50,000 SEK/month
* Senior Consultants/Developers (5+ years): 50,000-60,000+ SEK/month
* Solution Architects: 65,000-70,000 SEK/month

Interview Process

* Stage 1: In-person meeting with CEO and Solution Architect (focus on personality and fit)
* Stage 2: Team interview
* Final Stage: Offer discussion
