Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze workflows and implement system-driven improvements using D365 and CPQ tools.
* Configure and maintain Microsoft Business Central and related apps, ensuring governance and documentation.
* Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
* Collaborate across departments to support rollouts, integrations, and user adoption.
* Drive automation via Power Automate and ensure data integrity across quoting, sales, project, and finance.
* Deliver targeted training and change support to promote adoption and reduce manual work.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years in business analysis or ERP/CRM roles, with deep experience in Microsoft platforms.
* Proficient in Business Central, D365 Sales, Project Ops, Field Ops, Power BI, and Power Automate.
* Skilled in process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
* Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Success Metrics:
* Streamlined quote-to-cash workflows and reduced manual processes.
* Increased adoption of Power Platform tools replacing legacy systems.
* Effective onboarding of acquired entities and consistent delivery of system enhancements.
Location & Travel:
* Full-time onsite in Round Rock, TX, with significant travel for rollouts and site support.
