Business Analyst / Project Analyst - ERP

My client, a young, innovative, and technology-driven subsidiary under a publicly listed parent company, is seeking an IT Business Analyst with ERP knowledge. This is a new role, opportunity such as this are not around every day, and if you are qualified do not hesitate to take the next step upwards in your career!



Responsibilities:

* Assist Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager for project implementation activities, including post implementation and support.
* Understand business needs and able to propose appropriate ERP solutions.
* Document system procedures, configurations, and user manuals.
* Prepare and execute test plan and test cases
* Handle user enquires and provides support to different parties
* Participate in ERP enhancement or migration projects, contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives.



Requirements:

* Degree or above holder in Computer Science, IT, Business or related discipline.
* Experience with ERP (Odoo, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Sage) / Web & App solutions.
* Digital savvy. Willing to take ownership and are driven by a professional curiosity
* Creative problem solver with practical, solution focused approach
* Good command in written and verbal communication in Cantonese/English/Mandarin
