We are seeking an ERP Lead to become a vital part of our client's Dynamics 365 Business Central team. This permanent, onsite position is located in Sugar Land, TX, with an expected start date of October 13, 2025. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, bringing a wealth of experience in ERP implementation and optimization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead ERP projects utilizing Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements.
- Provide training and support for end-users to maximize system efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system processes and updates.

**Required Skills:**
* 10+ years of experience in D365 Business Central environment
* Financial acumen/understanding of business requirements of the system
* Ability to be a liaison between cross-functional teams within the organization
* Leadership capabilities
* Manufacturing experience is a plus
* Power BI experience is a plus
