Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role is client-facing and delivery-focused, providing the opportunity to lead technical design, oversee implementations, and inspire organisations with the art of the possible across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs.
*

Shape solution architecture with focus on scalability, security, performance, and accessibility.
*

Oversee full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery.
*

Define and implement integration architecture using the Microsoft technology stack (Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365).
*

Drive Agile delivery, including backlog creation (Epics, Features, User Stories) and sprint planning.
*

Provide technical leadership, estimations, and delivery oversight.
*

Build trusted client relationships and demonstrate innovative capabilities of Power Platform.

Skills and Qualifications

*

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and limitations.
*

Broader understanding of the Microsoft technology stack (Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint).
*

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, Visual Studio, and Team Foundation Server.
*

Full implementation lifecycle experience on Power Platform projects.
*

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
*

Strong background in Agile methodologies.
*

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
*

Eligible for UK Security Clearance (residency in UK for 5+ years).
