About the Role

As a Fullstack Developer, you'll work in a cross-functional team alongside talented and engaged colleagues. Each team owns its solutions end-to-end - from identifying needs, through analysis, development, and testing, to launch and follow-up.

You'll work with modern technologies, follow agile principles, and benefit from a fully automated DevOps pipeline. There are no heavy approval processes - you can deploy changes to production as soon as they're ready.

What They're Looking For

* Solid experience as a developer, ideally with .NET and React
* Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies (bonus if you've explored F# or Elm)
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Ability to work in Norwegian (or willingness to learn) and communicate in English
