Tax Manager - Hybrid | Fairfax, VA

We're partnering with a growing organization in the Fairfax area seeking a Tax Manager to join their team on a hybrid basis. This role will play a key part in managing federal and state tax compliance, with a strong focus on C Corps and S Corps.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee preparation and review of federal and state tax returns (C Corps, S Corps, and partnerships).

Manage tax planning and compliance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
*

Provide guidance on complex tax matters and support strategic business decisions.
*

Collaborate with internal finance teams and external auditors.
*

Mentor and support junior staff members.

Qualifications:

*

CPA designation (or progress toward CPA) preferred.
*

Strong experience with C Corps and S Corps.
*

5+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
*

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
