Data Analytics Manager

My client, an enterprise in Hong Kong, is urgently looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join their internal team and lead the organization's data analytics initiatives by transforming business needs into actionable insights and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and translate business needs into effective data analytics solutions that balance cost, capability, performance, and time to market.
* Develop and maintain the enterprise data platform, ensuring it supports robust analytics models and tools to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.
* Ensure all data models are designed and implemented in compliance with industry and organizational standards.
* Oversee the efficient execution of analytics projects, maintaining data completeness, quality, and timely delivery.
* Continuously assess and integrate the latest, most cost-effective technologies into the organization's analytics ecosystem.
* Foster clear, timely communication with business units, IT, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
* Maintain a balance between data privacy requirements and the organization's need for accurate, high-performing analytics.

Qualifications and Experience

* Over 8 years of IT experience with a strong background in solution design, project delivery, and system integration.
* Proven ability to develop and deliver effective solutions with minimal supervision.
* Skilled in performing root cause analysis on data and processes to identify business improvement opportunities.
* Hands-on experience architecting and implementing solutions using the Azure Data Analytics platform, including Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Functions, Storage, SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, and Logic Apps (preferred).
* Experience in the aviation or related industries is an advantage.
* Exposure to Microsoft GPT, Qwen, Llama, or similar platforms for custom AI agent development is a plus.
* Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
