Data Analytics Manager / Lead Data Analyst

My client, an enterprise size company in manufacturing industry, is actively looking for an experienced and strategic professional to lead and drive data analytics initiatives across the corporate.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement databases, data collection systems, data models, and analytics strategies that enhance statistical efficiency and data quality while adhering to relevant industry standards.
* Lead end-to-end execution of data analytics projects, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery.
* Collaborate with business units, internal stakeholders, and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
* Apply appropriate analytics models and tools within the organization's enterprise data platform to support process improvements and strategic decision-making.
* Identify and integrate the latest, cost-effective technologies to strengthen the analytics function and infrastructure.
* Maintain a strong focus on data privacy and compliance, balancing analytical needs with data governance and security standards.

Job Requirements

* Minimum10 years of IT experience with a strong background in solution design, project delivery, and system integration.
* Proven experience leading a small data analytics teams and delivering multi-disciplinary projects.
* Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, including gathering and negotiating detailed business requirements.
* Solid project coordination or management experience with Microsoft Azure Data Analytics services including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Logic Apps.
* Experience conducting root cause analysis on complex data sets and processes.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Certifications in Microsoft Azure Data Analytics, Power BI, or related technologies are an advantage.
* Excellent command of English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
