Nigel Frank is supporting a well-established UK-based organisation in their search for a Business Systems Developer to join their growing IT function. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic business environment, supporting the development of internal systems and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and document functional and technical specifications.
* Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint, and other automation tools.
* Drive process digitisation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across the organisation.
* Build user-friendly applications, workflows, and dashboards aligned with business needs.

Skills & Experience

* Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
* Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow digitisation, and business process improvement.
* Experience building automation solutions to streamline operational processes.
