The role:

Oversee day-to-day management and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Business Central

Act as the key contact for system issues, improvements, and development requests

Manage integrations between BC and other business applications

Lead upgrades, testing, and user training

Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve system processes and reporting

Manage relationships with external partners and system providers

What you'll bring:

Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) environments

Strong understanding of finance and operational workflows
