A well-established technology consultancy is seeking a senior professional to take on a leadership role in their growing Business Applications practice, based in Wellington. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic vision, client engagement, and team leadership, while remaining close to the technology.

You'll be responsible for guiding the delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives, mentoring a talented team of consultants, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice across the lower North and South Island regions.

Your core expertise will lie in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally complemented by exposure to Customer Engagement, Azure services, or Power Platform. You'll have a proven background in consultancy, strong business analysis skills, and a natural ability to build trust with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

10+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central essential)
