    I'm recruiting for a 3rd Line Engineer to join a new Managed Services Provider in Essex, where you will provide support for all IT systems as the technical "expert" in the team, whilst mentoring and coaching 2nd Line Engineers.

    Please note this role is fully-office based 5 days a week in their office near Southend-on-Sea, to allow for stakeholder interaction and face-to-face coaching.

    This role will largely focus on resolving complex technical issues that are escalated from 1st and 2nd line support including hardware, software and network-related issues. You will identify the root cause and implement long-term solutions, operating within strict SLAs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

    This may involve working with vendors and services providers where needed, and you'll create detailed documentation to develop the knowledge base, and promote a culture of self-serve user support.

    You'll also proactively manage and maintain IT infrastructure, and will work across various domains including systems administration, networking, software and hardware, making this a varied and interesting role.

    It would be well-suited to someone who thoroughly enjoys resolving complex technical issues, taking real ownership of their work, and also mentoring others.

    Requirements:

    * Prior experience in a similar role, with experience using ticketing systems
    * Experience with networking technologies e.g. DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN
    * Experience with databases e.g. SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle
    * Experience with virtualisation technologies e.g. VMWare, Hyper-V
    * Experience with security firewalls and data encryption
    * Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

    Analytics Engineer

    I am working with a hugely successful organisation based in London who are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join their newly formed data practice. In this role you will play a pivotal part in the design of data models that will enable insights to be delivered to departments across the business.

    You will join a growing team where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and shape the way the business uses its data. You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of cloud-based technologies such as the Azure tech stack, Snowflake, dbt and Power BI.

    As part of this role you will be responsible for -

    * Design and maintain data models in Snowflake, always following best practices
    * Work with BI developers to deliver insightful Power BI dashboards to enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
    * Work with Data Engineers to optimise data pipelines
    * Contribute towards data governance and data quality initiatives

    To be successful in this role you will have.

    * Strong data modelling and transformation experience
    * Strong SQL experience
    * Experience with Snowflake or Azure data platforms
    * Hands on experience with dbt

    This is a hybrid role based in the companies central London office. The client are offering a starting salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience as well as a full company benefits package.

    Our client, a leading Microsoft Partner, is seeking an experienced Business Central Supply Chain / Manufacturing Consultant to join their team. This remote position requires expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Business Central implementations, a strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, and a background working with a legitimate Microsoft Partner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead and support Business Central implementation projects focusing on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
    * Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and configure Business Central to optimize processes and workflows.
    * Provide expert advice and guidance on Business Central functionality, best practices, and process improvements.

    * Microsoft Partner Experience: Must have previous experience working with a legitimate Microsoft Partner (not a C2C house or independent consulting firm).
    * Supply Chain and Manufacturing Expertise: Proven track record in the supply chain and/or manufacturing domain, with knowledge of industry-specific processes and best practices.
    * No Extensive Job Hopping: We are looking for candidates with a stable career history, demonstrating consistent commitment and expertise.
    * EST Availability: Must be able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
