M365 Lead - Permanent Hire - Consultancy
My client is a leading mid-sized consultancy and a Microsoft partner specialising in Microsoft business applications!
As they navigate an exciting period of growth, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced M365 Lead Developer to join our team.
Their office is based in Uusimaa, but they offer full remote flexibility across Finland, enabling you to work from anywhere in the country.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry best practices.
* Communicate effectively with technical stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Engage in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposals, and technical discussions to support the sales team.
* Identify opportunities for AI integration within Microsoft 365 solutions, developing use cases that enhance customer value.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Required experience:
* Finnish language fluency.
* Extensive experience as a Microsoft 365 Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
* Proficiency in developing, deploying, and managing Microsoft 365 applications.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven pre-sales experience, with a track record of supporting sales teams and driving customer growth.
* Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application within Microsoft 365 environments.
