We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Controller/CFO to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial direction of our organisation while driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.

    Position Overview:

    As the Senior Controller/ CFO, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with the company's strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will provide financial leadership, optimise financial performance, and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

    Financial Leadership & Strategy:

    * Develop and execute financial strategies that support long-term business growth and profitability.
    * Provide strategic insights and financial guidance to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors.
    * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to measure business performance and efficiency.
    * Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital structure planning to ensure financial stability and scalability.

    Financial Management & Reporting:

    * Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with GA AP.
    * Lead financial reporting processes, including board presentations, executive summaries, and investor communications.
    * Maintain regulatory compliance with tax laws and financial reporting requirements at the local, state, and federal levels.
    * Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate successful audits and financial reviews.

    Operational Oversight:

    * Manage treasury functions, cash flow, and investment strategies to optimise liquidity and working capital.
    * Implement best practices and modern financial systems to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
    * Utilise cost accounting expertise to analyse manufacturing cost structures and improve profit margins.
    * Partner with department heads to establish financial controls and reporting frameworks that drive accountability.

    Risk Management & Compliance:

    * Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring strong internal controls and corporate governance.
    * Oversee audit processes and promptly address findings to maintain financial integrity.
    * Stay ahead of evolving financial regulations and industry trends to proactively adjust company strategies.

    Team Leadership & Development:

    * Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
    * Foster a collaborative culture that promotes continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
    * Serve as a financial resource across departments, facilitating clear communication and strategic alignment.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA and/or CPA designation is strongly preferred.
    * Experience: 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior management role within a manufacturing environment.
    * Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, financial compliance, and cost accounting principles.
    * ERP Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
    * Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive financial excellence.
    * Process Improvement: Demonstrated success in optimising financial processes, implementing systems, and enhancing operational eficiencies.

    Business Central Trainer/Support Consultant-$120k-Remote (USA)

    Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Business Central Trainer to lead the training efforts for staff from newly acquired companies. This role will be focused on ensuring the accounting and sales operations teams are fully trained and supported in using Microsoft Business Central following a recent series of implementations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering comprehensive training materials to ensure a smooth transition. This position requires travel to various locations in the United States as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Conduct in-depth training sessions for accounting and parts sales teams on Microsoft Business Central and Ambient processes.
    * Develop and update training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and hands-on workshops tailored to the needs of the acquired companies.
    * Deliver training both remotely and on-site, ensuring a thorough understanding of the system by all users.
    * Provide ongoing support to staff during and after the training sessions to ensure effective use of Microsoft Business Central.
    * Work closely with business users to understand their specific needs and tailor the training accordingly.
    * Offer post-training consultation and troubleshooting to address any issues that may arise.
    * Coordinate with IT teams, project managers, and business leaders to ensure alignment of training efforts with overall integration plans.
    * Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries from the newly acquired companies.
    * Ensure training timelines are met and report progress to senior management.
    * Regularly assess the effectiveness of training sessions and materials, making improvements as necessary based on feedback and observed outcomes.
    * Stay updated on new features and updates in Microsoft Business Central to incorporate them into training programs.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    * Proven experience as a trainer, specifically with Microsoft Business Central.
    * Strong background in developing and maintaining training materials for various user groups.
    * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
    * Experience working with accounting and sales teams is highly desirable.
    * Ability to travel extensively as required by the role.
    * Problem-solving mindset with a focus on user experience and knowledge retention.
    * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    * Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions and materials concurrently.
    * Adaptability to changing environments and training needs.
    * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
    * Minimum of 5 years of experience in training roles, particularly with Microsoft Business Central or similar systems.
    * Experience in ERP system implementations and user training is highly advantageous.
    * Experience in the Microsoft Partner channel as a functional consultant is preferred
