ERP Support Analyst - GP/Business Central - Stamford, CT - $85k
Our client is a well-established distribution firm investing heavily their IT infrastructure as part of their 5 year growth plan. They need an IT Business Analyst who's ready to embrace this opportunity and advance their skill set in the long-term. If you've got experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or D365 Business Central, and you're eager to roll up your sleeves on ERP admin tasks, this is your chance to shine.
What You'll Do (and Love):

Vendor Data Cleanup
* Drive the process to merge duplicative vendor data into a single, clean dataset.
* Communicate cleanup plans with Operations-because teamwork makes the dream work.
â
Testing & Environment Management
* Keep test environments running smoothly and up-to-date.
* Understand integrations and test like a pro.
* Refresh test data and document processes like a boss.
â
Reporting & Analytics
* Get cozy with SSRS and Power BI.
* Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and help build dashboards that make people say "Wow."
* Bonus points if you love Advanced Excel, Tableau, or other reporting tools.

Application Support
* Own Level 1 ERP support-troubleshoot, assist with batch recovery, and escalate when needed.
* Set up GL accounts and master records like it's second nature.
* Help train users, especially in finance and accounting, about Dynamics ERP functionality
What We're Looking For:
* 1-3 years working with ERP systems (Great Plains or D365 Business Central preferred).
* Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
* Familiarity with reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel).
