    About the Role

    We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to join a leading Microsoft partner specialising in modernising data platforms and delivering cutting‑edge analytics solutions for organisations across the UK.

    In this senior position, you will take ownership of designing and delivering advanced data solutions, guiding technical strategy and providing leadership across complex client engagements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and architect scalable, efficient data platforms that enable self‑service analytics and long‑term growth.

    This is a hands‑on technical role with the added responsibility of mentoring engineers, influencing best practice and contributing to the direction of data engineering capability within the business.

    Responsibilities

    * Lead the design and development of end‑to‑end data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric
    * Architect, implement and oversee high‑performing data lakes, data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes
    * Develop scalable, robust data models for enterprise‑level reporting within Power BI
    * Serve as a technical authority, advising clients on best‑fit data solutions tailored to their needs
    * Mentor junior and mid‑level data engineers, supporting their technical growth
    * Contribute to architectural decisions and data engineering standards across projects

    Skills and Experience

    * Extensive hands‑on experience with Azure data services such as Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks or Fabric
    * Strong SQL skills with experience building optimised, complex queries
    * Proficiency in Python and/or PySpark for data transformation and automation
    * Strong experience with Power BI and modern data modelling techniques

    About the Role

    I am seeking an experienced Senior BI Developer to support the design, development and optimisation of modern cloud-based data platform within a global manufacturing organisation specialising in the production of high-quality equipment.

    Sitting within a global data and analytics function, this role is central to managing the data platform and delivering high-quality reporting capabilities that support operational, financial and strategic decision-making across multiple international regions.

    This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience across modern data engineering practices cloud data platforms especially Microsoft Fabric. Alongside the core data engineering work, you will also contribute to the development of Power BI reporting and semantic models used across global business teams.

    You will also play a senior role within the BI and data team, helping guide development standards, mentoring developers and ensuring that data solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with enterprise data governance practices.

    Responsibilities

    * Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse environments
    * Develop and optimise data ingestion/transformation workflows

    We're looking for someone early in their career (around 1-2+ years of hands‑on experience) to join the team as a Junior Dynamics 365 Developer. The role focuses on building, extending, and supporting solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Dataverse platform. You'll collaborate with senior engineers, consultants, and business stakeholders, and you'll also have opportunities to work on automation and AI‑enhanced projects.

    This is a practical engineering position, so strong fundamentals in C#, APIs, and plugin development are essential.

    What You'll Be Working On

    * Creating custom functionality for Dynamics 365 / Dataverse using C#
    * Developing and maintaining plugins (synchronous and asynchronous), workflow logic, and system integrations
    * Using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps when required
    * Building and supporting Web API integrations with internal and external systems

    * Understanding of the plugin execution pipeline, including stages, recursion, and depth considerations
    * Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD concepts
    * Strong debugging ability and confidence working with logs and telemetry

    Bonus Skills

    * Exposure to Dynamics 365 modules such as Field Service, Customer Service, or Sales
    * Experience with Azure components (Functions, Service Bus, App Services, Key Vault)
    * Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools

The company provides a platform that helps organisations automate and standardise the flow of lead and marketing data across multiple systems, improving data quality, transparency and operational efficiency.

    Working within a small but growing data function, this role will focus on building and optimising data pipelines, improving access to platform and event data and strengthening the underlying data architecture that supports analytics, machine learning and AI initiatives.

    This role is ideal for someone with strong experience across modern data engineering practices, cloud data platforms and large-scale data processing within a SaaS or data-driven environment.

    Responsibilities

    * Build, maintain and optimise scalable data pipelines that move data from operational systems into analytics platforms
    * Work closely with Engineering and DevOps teams to support data replication, ingestion and reliability
